Booming & Shaking
Booming with flavour & Shaking with haze this beer will make your taste buds blaze.
Low Carb Hazy IPA. The adventure doesn’t have to end when you get home. Day Tripper is a low carb beer that’s as intrepid as you are. Brewed with a combination of hop pellets and hop oil, for better mouthfeel, balance, fruitiness, and complexity. It’s more than just a post-activity refresher, it’s a flavour journey all of its own — from tangelo base camp, all the way to a crisp, stone fruit finish line. Enjoy the trip.
Lid Ripper Hazy IPA is our OG Hazy IPA. Made with pale malts, oats, and wheat. It is late hopped and dry hopped with our favourite American and New Zealand hops. All this makes for a big juicy Hazy IPA, which is more restrained in bitterness than our usual IPAs but what it lacks in bitterness it makes up for with bucket loads of flavour and aromas of Passionfruit, mango and gooseberry. This Hazy IPA is so ridiculously good, your lid won’t stand a chance!
Pukeko Hazy Pale Ale has low bitterness and a smooth, character. Citra, Mosaic, and Eldorado hops add citrus, tropical, herbal, and pine aromas, with hints of pineapple and mango.
Early days the Oamaru Harbour was - no safe port - originally, ships anchored in the open sea, offloading cargo into surf boats, then carefully guided to shore, through the breakers & hair raising foam surges. 150 years on our mellow east coast pale ale is your 'calm from the storm' chill unfiltered flavory goodness - with full fruity hop flavour of tropical fruit and citrus, & finally a gentle bitterness.
Let Voodoo Juice work its magic! This Double Hazy IPA has been double dry hopped with mystical precision, conjuring up juicy tropical spells and hoppy hexes that’ll have you fall under Churly’s charm in no time. One sip and you’ll swear Churly’s been dancing around the brew kettle with a shrunken hop head, chanting for more haze, more juice, and more flavour. It’s dangerously drinkable... so drink responsibly, or risk becoming part of Churly’s next voodoo ritual. Beware the curse of the empty can.
This unassuming, fuzzy character, laden with all American hops is bringing the ruckus to the crag.
