Expression of interest is not a guaranteed spot at the festival, but helps us in our selection process. With almost triple the amount of interest to sites in 2024,it is competitive, so please put your best foot forward in pitching us what you have to offer!

3 June – Vendor Expression of Interest opens
3 August – Vendor Expression of Interest closes
6 August – Successful vendors notified & festival requirements application opens
13 August – Vendor acceptance deadline
8 October – Final date to submit festival requirements application

Expected Numbers: 6,000 per event day.
