Every week around 12 families are told their child has a heart condition. It's a time of stress worry and uncertainty, but Heart Kids NZ is there to support whānau when they need it. Your support during the festival will make a big difference to local families facing these challenges.
On the day keep an eye out for:
EFTPOS donations on site, so no cash needed
Roaming collectors making their way around the stadium
The Heart Kids NZ space, where you can say kia ora and learn more about their work
The Heart Kids team at the exit, for one last chance to give on your way home
Every dollar helps make sure no heart whānau in Otago goes through it alone. So when you’re enjoying a cold one with your mates at Beerfest spare a thought for the families who need support and donate generously.
