The Hosting Lounge is an exclusive space reserved just for your group, offering comfortable seating and tables for up to 20 guests. Set up and ready on arrival, it’s the perfect base for hosting clients, bringing your team together, or simply ensuring your group has a dedicated place to relax and connect throughout the day.
Your booking includes access to VIP bathroom facilities and guarantees a private space to regroup and make the most of everything the festival has to offer. Please note that food, beverages, and access to the Feldspar VIP Area are not included with The Hosting Lounge package.

The Private Reserve is DCBFF’s premier private group hosting package, reserved and styled for you and your team or clients before you arrive. Not a cordoned-off section of a shared lounge. Your own space adjacent to the Feldspar VIP Experience.
Whether you’re entertaining clients or shouting the team, the Private Reserve provides a premium space, first class service, and elevated views of all the fun. With up to four spaces available per day and a maximum of 20 guests per space, availability is limited and books out early.

As a condition of entry to DCBFF, everyone will be ID'd if you look under 25. If you are under 18 you will be given a wristband to indicate that you will only be able to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages.
U18 is only available for SATURDAY ONLY. Also noting DCBFF is not specifically designed to cater to children. If your child is obviously a child, we won't wristband them, but if they're in their teens, we will need to give them an U18 wristband.
