We’re bringing a true taste of Cornwall to Dunedin. The ‘Ansum Pasty Co. makes Proper Cornish Pasties by hand in our Auckland kitchen, using local ingredients and the traditional Cornish crimp. Each pasty is a meal in your hand — hearty, golden pastry packed with flavour — and pairs perfectly with a pint. At the festival, we’ll be serving our signature Cornish pasties hot and fresh. Our stall is all about good food that hits the spot and keeps you going through a day of great beers. We’re unique in New Zealand — no one else is doing pasties quite like this — and we can’t wait to share them with you.
