Needing no real introduction to anyone slightly familiar with the Dunedin hospitality scene, Albar is beloved by many and a OG to the Dunedin Craft Beer and Food Festival. Bringing Scottish to the south, they'll be back pouring their top shelf gin parlour along with their own in-house Salted Caramel Whisky.
