There’s something pretty amazing about the flavour combination of crisp organic apples, rich velvety berries, and creamy vanilla oak. We like to call this one our Firecider, if you know what we mean. Combine the intriguing gooseberry and passion fruit flavours of South Canterbury Blackcurrants, together with hints of creamy vanilla and rose, settle back into that Velvet armchair by the fire and enjoy. 'Qyte Plummy' contains 3 different varieties of plum, blended with a  powerful, predominately cider apple blend, delivering strucutre, length and complexity that no 'cider with fruit' has yet achieved.

Up in the Winterless north we can grow super flavoursome Limes and Lemons, so we've taken some juice and zest and created our Acid Drop cider. It kind of reminds us of a combination of Limoncello and Prosecco. Zingy, refreshing and perfect to sip in the sun - A Festival Favourite!

Take some Northland Tamarillos, a sprinkling of Amarillo Hops from California and mix them with our spritzy organic cider. It seems a bit crazy, but the savoury character of the tamarillo compliments the tropical citrus notes of the Hops. The Tamarillo also gives this cider a beautiful crimson colour. A beverage you won’t experience every day.

Tarty, vibrant and moreish... just a few words we've heard used to describe our award-winning and fan-favourite Berry Cider. Berry Cider is lovingly crafted by mixing our traditionally made, medium apple cider with a selection of berry fruit juices to create a refreshing and mouthwatering taste sensation.

Buckle up, amigos — this cider’s got a kick! If a spicy marg and a crisp apple cider had a wild night out in Tijuana, this would be the lovechild. We’ve blended juicy apples, zesty lime, and a cheeky hit of habanero to bring you the ultimate fiesta-in-a-can. It’s tangy, it’s fiery, it’s muy refreshing. Warning: may cause spontaneous dancing, bad decisions and a sudden craving for Velvet Burger.
