Junk Juice is a term of endearment that Beers Head Brewer, coined for his customised blend of fruits and herbs used for our house cider. Dry crisp finish. Dark salmon/plum colour. Natural looking. Raspberry sherbert nose with blackberry. More raspberry and blackberry in flavour. Good sweet acid balance. Good tannin in finish.
