Not a beer and not cider, a 50/50 blend of Emerson’s Lager and Juicy Apple Cider, infused with black Currant. Vibrant pink, Snake Bite has a slight sweetness, with a crisp apple finish. Dangerously refreshing.
Made with a Granny Smith juice from Central Otago and plums picked from the Roxburgh Orchard
Blush is a low carb character with a touch of pomegranate and strawberry sweetness. Fun but wholesome with great taste, Blush is your guilt-free partner in crime for a night out, or a night in, or for those low key daytime catch-ups. Not like those shamelessly over-sugared types. Definitely a vibe, but if you end up being a bit too soul-of-the-party it won't be Blush sharing the pics.

Ginga's a cheeky drop. With one big fizz for life, Ginga punches high on natural ginger-root and low on carbs, but still more fun than other, pretty ordinary, ginger beers. And let's face it, who needs ordinary. Front and centre of all the best stories – and sometimes the naughty step – Ginga's a bit different, kind of a rascal who packs more soul. Junk Juice is a term of endearment that Beers Head Brewer, coined for his customised blend of fruits and herbs used for our house cider. Dry crisp finish. Dark salmon/plum colour. Natural looking. Raspberry sherbert nose with blackberry. More raspberry and blackberry in flavour. Good sweet acid balance. Good tannin in finish.
