Take some Northland Tamarillos, a sprinkling of Amarillo Hops from California and mix them with our spritzy organic cider. It seems a bit crazy, but the savoury character of the tamarillo compliments the tropical citrus notes of the Hops. The Tamarillo also gives this cider a beautiful crimson colour.
