There’s something pretty amazing about the flavour combination of crisp organic apples, rich velvety berries, and creamy vanilla oak. We like to call this one our Firecider, if you know what we mean. Combine the intriguing gooseberry and passion fruit flavours of South Canterbury Blackcurrants, together with hints of creamy vanilla and rose, settle back into that Velvet armchair by the fire and enjoy. Our take on a classic, crisp, bright and refreshing.

Take some Northland Tamarillos, a sprinkling of Amarillo Hops from California and mix them with our spritzy organic cider. It seems a bit crazy, but the savoury character of the tamarillo compliments the tropical citrus notes of the Hops. The Tamarillo also gives this cider a beautiful crimson colour. A beverage you won’t experience every day.

'Qyte Plummy' contains 3 different varieties of plum, blended with a  powerful, predominately cider apple blend, delivering strucutre, length and complexity that no 'cider with fruit' has yet achieved.

Finally. An ultra low carb, super dry cyder that not only keeps your belt right, but no added nasties means your morning-after shapes up nicely too. Brewed in NZ with only 3 ingredients: Pure Canterbury artesian water, French cyder apples and organic yeast. Oh, and FYI: No added sugar.

Deliciously crisp cider crafted from Hawke's Bay apples, carefully fermented and deftly spun to remove the alcohol.

The definition of ‘Cider’ varies the world over. In Europe it is an  alcoholic drink from fermented apples, where American Cider simply  refers to unfermented apple juice  – the alcoholic version coined ‘hard’ Cider.  It would be important to clarify the use of the term at your local, as you wouldn’t want to be caught drinking apple juice on a Friday night! Friends, if you’re  feeling parched, lets be clear….  our Cider is ultra dry and very hard!
