Crisp Pilsner, perfect for a Summer’s day. Dry hopped with NZ's most loved hop Riwaka®

Filled to the brim with a blend of American and NZ hops, there’s nothing traditional about this.

We love food-friendly, trad styles here at Aliment, & this Munich Helles melds only German malt, yeast & hops for a bona fide pedigree. With clean fermentation, a hint of herbal Hallertau hops over smooth malt & body, it has just enough bitterness to keep it refreshing. Named after our German-Kiwi friend Andy, it’s rooted in tradition, has good taste & is always great to have around.

Crisp, clean, and easy-going. Light malt, a touch of hops, and a smooth, refreshing finish. Perfect for any time, every time.

Crisp, clean, and quietly expressive, Golden Hour Pilsner delivers soft malt character and gentle Saaz hop bitterness.

Pilsner is a blonde lager that gets its name from the Bohemian city of Pilsen, first produced in 1842. using the lager yeast strain it's far more tolerant to cold temperatures than Ale yeast strains are. The suppressive effects of the cold temperatures typically used to brew a lager (coupled with their longer aging times) results in a cleaner flavour profile than you might otherwise find in an ale... our youngest addition to the menu, but likely a mainstay, Scotts NZ Pilsner is crisp, dry & good clean fun!

Good things take time & after 6 weeks of lagering, a clean crisp Pilsner delivers flavours that will keep you comming back for more.

A classic German style helles lager with a citrusy modern Kiwi twist. A solid bready backbone is accented with Garston hops and Canyon grown malt. Taste the terroir as you rip into a Central Otago lager.
