And as it turns out, our answer was around us all along. Blessed with only pure Stewart Island rain as our water source, our innovative filtration technique incorporates sustainably-foraged paua, mussel, and oyster shells from the pristine Southern Ocean. A final, polishing touch of free-flowing tannin-rich waters collected off the very rock of Rakiura herself all result in an exquisitely smooth mouthfeel and delicate minerality fully absent of any pronounced additional flavour. When it comes to vodka, our philosophy has never faltered: A little something makes all the difference, for nothing hardly comes close.
