The Botanist Gin is a handcrafted Scottish gin from Islay, distilled with 22 locally foraged botanicals. It offers a complex balance of floral, herbal, and citrus notes, layered over a crisp juniper base. Smooth and aromatic, it captures the essence of Islay’s wild landscape in every sip.
Blossom Gin starts with locally grown barley, distilled into exquisite shochu, then redistilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom, and native botanicals. Embracing an old family secret from Portugal, this Ginja (short for Ginjinha) is a traditional Portuguese liqueur made with sour cherries. To make our Segredo Ginja, we infused Central Otago sour cherries with our Segredo Aguardente, a spirit made by small-batch distillation of Māori Point Pinot Noir pressings.
