Junk Juice is a term of endearment that Beers Head Brewer, coined for his customised blend of fruits and herbs used for our house cider. Dry crisp finish. Dark salmon/plum colour. Natural looking. Raspberry sherbert nose with blackberry. More raspberry and blackberry in flavour. Good sweet acid balance. Good tannin in finish.

Berry Cider is lovingly crafted by mixing our traditionally made, medium apple cider with a selection of berry fruit juices to create a refreshing and mouthwatering taste sensation.

'Qyte Plummy' contains 3 different varieties of plum, blended with a  powerful, predominately cider apple blend, delivering strucutre, length and complexity that no 'cider with fruit' has yet achieved.
