Bohemian Cider Acid Drop
Up in the Winterless north we can grow super flavoursome Limes and Lemons, so we've taken some juice and zest and created our Acid Drop cider. It kind of reminds us of a combination of Limoncello and Prosecco. Zingy, refreshing and perfect to sip in the sun - A Festival Favourite!
Made with a blend of Granny Smith and Fuju apple juice from Central Otago with mixed berries. Slightly sweet
A naturally complex, full bodied cider with subtle oak notes, ripe fruit and a mellow sweetness contained by a soft tannic finish.
We’ve taken the most fought-over dessert in the Southern Hemisphere and put it in a can. Blueberries, passionfruit and a dollop of creamy vanilla – all swirled through crisp apple cider. It’s fruity, it’s fluffy, it’s oh so flirty!
Apples have a symbolic status in many legends, folklores, and traditions. They can represent love, beauty, wisdom, immortality, and temptation — to name but a few. We just reckon they make a deliciously refreshing beverage. And Juicy Apple Cider is certainly that, with the crisp, sweet hit of ripe apples, balanced by a slightly dry finish. Deliciously crisp cider crafted from Hawke's Bay apples, carefully fermented and deftly spun to remove the alcohol.
Take some Northland Tamarillos, a sprinkling of Amarillo Hops from California and mix them with our spritzy organic cider. It seems a bit crazy, but the savoury character of the tamarillo compliments the tropical citrus notes of the Hops. The Tamarillo also gives this cider a beautiful crimson colour. A beverage you won’t experience every day.
