This beer is a crisp clear German Lager. Golden in appearance with a beautiful malty taste and dry finish.

This is a classic NZ Pilsner. Brewed using a single hop - Motueka - from Garston Hops. It has a golden straw colour with bright white head. The aroma has a distinct German Lager smell with hints of lime and lemon. The flavour is light and the lime and lemon come through in a subtle way. A very sessionable beer!

Summit Ultra is a refreshing golden lager with a crisp finish. Brewed for longer it has 75% less carbs than the average carb content of leading NZ beer brands.

Pilsner is a blonde lager that gets its name from the Bohemian city of Pilsen, first produced in 1842. using the lager yeast strain it's far more tolerant to cold temperatures than Ale yeast strains are. The suppressive effects of the cold temperatures typically used to brew a lager (coupled with their longer aging times) results in a cleaner flavour profile than you might otherwise find in an ale... our youngest addition to the menu, but likely a mainstay, Scotts NZ Pilsner is crisp, dry & good clean fun!
