Take some Northland Tamarillos, a sprinkling of Amarillo Hops from California and mix them with our spritzy organic cider. It seems a bit crazy, but the savoury character of the tamarillo compliments the tropical citrus notes of the Hops. The Tamarillo also gives this cider a beautiful crimson colour. A beverage you won’t experience every day.

Raspberry sherbert nose with blackberry. More raspberry and blackberry in flavour. Good sweet acid balance. Good tannin in finish.
