The Irish One
Rich malty with balanced hop flavors
Inspired by captain Scott and his two antarctic expeditions 100 years prior, this light ale will quench your thirst and keep those sea legs stalwart… to venture on. Brewed with ale malts and a hint of crystal malt, this ale leaves a nice residual sweetness.
Bursting with ripe, juicy, fleshy peach aroma & flavour. Soft bodied, with a subtle bitter bite to sharpen the finish up.
An American Amber Ale with a treasure trove or flavours waiting to be discovered. The deep colour reveals a cara-malty vanilla sweetness over dry fruit and toffee with a zesty bitter finish.
Served on Hand pull, Delicious ESB with malt, caramel and classic English Hops. Earthy, herbal, floral aromas.
Speight's Gold Meal Ale has a full malt flavour, with a hint of grassy undertones and bitterness. The biscuity taste from the barley is balanced with Pacific Jade and Green Bullet hops, adding an equal amount of bitterness to result in a pleasant finish with no harsh aftertaste
The old and the new collide in a deliciously malty clash. A complex British malt base contrasts with the fruity new world hops.
