A true New Zealand icon, this tough skinned fruit is known for its unique aromatic scent and gritty pear like texture. To amplify these characteristics we’ve added passionfruit, guava, vanilla, and rounded it all off with a tickle of lactose.
The original ice cream sour. This is a dessert style sour, brewed with vanilla and lactose sugar to give a slight sweetness to the delicious tartness of raspberries.
