Junk Juice is a term of endearment that Beers Head Brewer, coined for his customised blend of fruits and herbs used for our house cider. Dry crisp finish. Dark salmon/plum colour. Natural looking. Raspberry sherbert nose with blackberry. More raspberry and blackberry in flavour. Good sweet acid balance. Good tannin in finish.

The definition of ‘Cider’ varies the world over. In Europe it is an alcoholic drink from fermented apples, where American Cider simply refers to unfermented apple juice – the alcoholic version coined ‘hard’ Cider. Not a beer and not cider, a 50/50 blend of Emerson’s Lager and Juicy Apple Cider, infused with black Currant. Vibrant pink, Snake Bite has a slight sweetness, with a crisp apple finish. Dangerously refreshing.
