Hops have taken over the world. Permeated the senses of the minions. Hop Zombies now roam the streets. Lupulin ichor oozing from ravaged legions. Gorging, gouging, masticating. Salivating over insane hop flavours and aromas. The time is nigh. No more festering away in hopless oblivion. Join the Hop Zombie Revolution.
We have used an “Epic” amount of hops as you would expect from us. It’s like drizzling freshly squeezed passionfruit, mango and pineapple juice across your tongue. Super low bitterness and maximum haze, will keep every Hazy-Head happy!
Described as "easy drinking" by many, and not too much of a challenge for those accustomed to green bottle lagers. It's a lager, but with an Epic twist. We have boosted the hop aroma and hop flavour so that is still offers a decent amount of hop interest for those that are craft curious; flavour without it being overwhelming and tasting like hop flowers.
This brave brew is saving civilians all across New Zealand thousands of dollars in Uber fees, whilst simultaneously using its super strength to maintain the integrity of a flavourful IPA. With every fighting day, you can rest easy knowing that Super Zero will be there to save the day. (Less than 0.5% alc/vol)
No haze. No fluff. Just pure, high-altitude hop energy. Brewed in collaboration with AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand, Thrill Seeker is a 6.7% NZIPA loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Riwaka hops — the ultimate trio of New Zealand flavour. Expect a clean, electric hit of tropical fruit, citrus, and crushed gooseberry with a dry, snappy finish.
The flavour is driven by the sub tropical fruits (including passionfruit & mango) from the Mosaic hops. There is a fun level of dankness. Massive hop flavour is matched to a subtle level of bitterness, which makes for wonderful enjoyment!
From the swirling mists of the Scottish Highlands emerges HaziNESS — a hazy pale ale born of ancient myths and modern hops. The star is Luminosa hops, bringing bold waves of ripe peach, candied orange, and tropical blossom. Aromas burst with fresh-cut citrus and stone fruit, followed by a smooth, velvety body that finishes crisp and clean.
Canyon's new range of tap coctkails are here, with a Classic Margarita made by our master mixologist and pouring straight from the tap. Espolon silver 100% agave tequila from jalisco pairs with organic lime juice and bespoke orange curacao made from NZ oranges and sicilian bitter orange peel. Available classic on the rocks or as a mango margarita slushy
Inspired by captain Scott and his two antarctic expeditions 100 years prior, this light ale will quench your thirst and keep those sea legs stalwart… to venture on. Brewed with ale malts and a hint of crystal malt, this ale leaves a nice residual sweetness.
A true New Zealand icon, this tough skinned fruit is known for its unique aromatic scent and gritty pear like texture. To amplify these characteristics we’ve added passionfruit, guava, vanilla, and rounded it all off with a tickle of lactose.
Delicious lemon infused pilsner, perfect accompaniment with fish & chips, you can forget the sauce.
Belgian Blond, fruity citrus & light pepper notes, from a classic Belgian Abbey yeast strain.
Pale and hazy, and has aromas of juicy tropical, and citrus fruit. On the palate it's full bodied, with a smooth, creamy finish.
This cold IPA is sure to impress. This beer is a golden straw colour with bright white head. The flavours are citrus and stone fruit with a slight pina colada vibe in the background. For a beer with a higher ABV, this is a very easy drinking cold IPA.
The legend on the label of this beer almost jumped out of her signature Carhartts and shouted, "FRUITY PATOOTIE!" on trying this beer. Well Jessy, we agree, this one ticks all the boxes.
