My Festival
Welcome, NAME
Deep crimson in appearance with youthful red hues. Lifted ripe berry fruit aromas, with hints of pepper and dark chocolate. The aromas are complimented by sweet, red berry fruit flavours, with spice and a silky tannin finish.
Poured on Nitro. A fiery kiss of chilli, sweet cinnamon's spin, chocolate dreams dancing within. This milk stout's a midnight waltz - Bold, Spicy and Sinfully smooth on the tongue.
Zesty with a big hit from fresh cold pressed ginger from Green Roots Organics and Red Apple Juice. Brewed the traditional way.
Made with a blend of Granny Smith and Fuju apple juice from Central Otago with mixed berries. Slightly sweet
Lemon flavour that is both tart and sweet. Light, refreshing and a crisp, clean finish.
Apricot and mango smashed together with Hawks Bay apples to create this match made in heaven.
A bold, malt-forward stout bursting with rich roasted flavors and a punch of Citra and Simcoe hops — the bigger, bolder sibling of Phantom Lord! Ruler of all things dark and hoppy.
The definition of ‘Cider’ varies the world over. In Europe it is an alcoholic drink from fermented apples, where American Cider simply refers to unfermented apple juice – the alcoholic version coined ‘hard’ Cider. It would be important to clarify the use of the term at your local, as you wouldn’t want to be caught drinking apple juice on a Friday night! Friends, if you’re feeling parched, lets be clear…. our Cider is ultra dry and very hard!
Deep gold with piercing piney bitterness and citrus hop flavours, Raptor is an assertive throwback to the recent past.
'Qyte Plummy' contains 3 different varieties of plum, blended with a powerful, predominately cider apple blend, delivering strucutre, length and complexity that no 'cider with fruit' has yet achieved.
Who wants to have a tea party? It will be peachy Our version of a classic American BBQ Iced Tea but made alcoholic with its cider base.
Notes of pineapple, papaya, nectarines, citrus and melon. Juicy and soft bodied, with some bitterness in the back end. Using Motueka, Cascade Mosaic & Eclipse hops.
A combination of new and old world hops, exhibited by fruit, subtle zest and a grassy herbaceous character. Finishing clean, dry and bitter.
Another Taproom favourite spur condition in Raspberry and pomegranate puree
Bright citrus and bitter hoppiness, on an ice-cold backbone. Clean, crisp and dangerously drinkable.
